Chris Adessa and Thomas Wood are landscape painters in Marin County, California. Their work has supported nature-conservation organizations, including Gulf of the Farallones Marine Sanctuary, Surfrider Foundation, Golden Gate and Point Reyes National Parks Associations, Save the Bay, and Marin Agricultural Land Trust. The beautiful Marin County Parks and Open Space Preserves provide the inspiration for many of their paintings.
Chris Adessa is a happy transplant from the east coast enjoying the majesty of California. Her art studio is in Sausalito.
Thomas Wood is a third-generation California landscape painter. He lives in Nicasio, where he maintains a studio and gallery.
